They fit trainers, work shoes, and most boots without crowding your toes. Take your original insole out first (most are removable), drop these in, and the shoe should feel the same height with better foot support.
No — they're built to the same thickness as a standard insole, so they fit naturally in trainers, work shoes, hiking boots, and most casual footwear without crowding your toes or making the shoe feel half a size smaller. If you've worn aftermarket orthotics before that made your shoes feel cramped, this is the opposite experience.
The massage nodes are subtle in profile — you'll feel them stimulating your feet but they won't push your foot up out of the shoe.
The cushion layer is built to spring back rather than flatten over time, and the massage node array is rigid polymer that holds shape indefinitely. With daily wear, expect 8–12 months of use before they start showing wear — longer if you rotate between two pairs of shoes.
