Massage Insoles — All-Day Comfort
The Happy Feet Handbook
"I'm a nurse on 12-hour shifts. First week with these and I stopped dreading the walk back to the car."
Left unchecked
Hard floors and flat insoles let your arch collapse a little with every step. The ache starts in the soles — then climbs into your heels, knees and lower back.
That stab in the heel when you stand up after sitting.
Sore feet change how you stand, loading your knees and back.
Foam that felt great in week one is pancake-flat by week three.
MassageStep cushions and stimulates the sole while supporting the arch — so the strain has somewhere to go besides up your body.
How it works
Two minutes to fit — then just wear them.
Use the printed guide to trim to your shoe size with scissors.
Pop them into trainers, work shoes or boots over the existing insole or in its place.
Wear a few hours the first day, then all day as your feet adjust.

Wear it for
Cushioning plus arch support for shifts measured in steps, not hours.
How Curavi fixes this
Targeted massage nodes under the metatarsal heads stimulate blood flow with every step you take, reducing the fatigue and burning sensation 8-hour shifts on hard floors create. The mid-thickness arch support holds its shape under continuous load, where soft foam would flatten by hour three.

On my feet all shift. These actually held up and held their shape.
Didn't expect much from 'nodes' but you feel them working on a long walk.
Trimmed to fit, swap them around. Best 27 euros I've spent on my feet.
Wear MassageStep for up to 30 days. If your feet aren't noticeably happier, return them for a full refund.

Questions, answered
Yes — MassageStep insoles are designed to replace your existing insole, not stack on top of it. They're trim-to-fit: use the printed size guide on the underside, mark your shoe size with a pen, then cut along the line with regular kitchen scissors.
They fit trainers, work shoes, and most boots without crowding your toes. Take your original insole out first (most are removable), drop these in, and the shoe should feel the same height with better foot support.
No — they're built to the same thickness as a standard insole, so they fit naturally in trainers, work shoes, hiking boots, and most casual footwear without crowding your toes or making the shoe feel half a size smaller. If you've worn aftermarket orthotics before that made your shoes feel cramped, this is the opposite experience.
The massage nodes are subtle in profile — you'll feel them stimulating your feet but they won't push your foot up out of the shoe.
The cushion layer is built to spring back rather than flatten over time, and the massage node array is rigid polymer that holds shape indefinitely. With daily wear, expect 8–12 months of use before they start showing wear — longer if you rotate between two pairs of shoes.
You'll know it's time to replace when the cushion no longer springs back overnight or the nodes feel less pronounced. We recommend swapping them around the same time you'd replace running shoes (every 500–600 km of activity).
No — machine washing will deform the polymer node layer and break down the cushion. Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water, scrub gently with a soft brush if needed, then air-dry at room temperature for 24 hours before putting them back in shoes.
Never dry them in direct sunlight or near a heater (the materials warp). With this care routine, they'll smell and feel fresh for the full life of the insole.
Wear them daily for 30 days. If your feet aren't noticeably less tired or sore by the end of the month, send them back for a full refund — no questions, no forms.
We accept returns even after trimming and wearing them, because we'd rather refund you than have you keep insoles that aren't working. Return shipping is on us within the US.
