We're proud to offer free shipping on every order within the United States. There are no minimums and no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Estimates

After your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier's schedule.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received your tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@curavi.com.

Where We Ship From

All Curavi orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While shipping delays are rare, they can occasionally happen once a package is in the carrier's hands. If your order seems lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at hello@curavi.com. Our team will track it down and work with you to make things right.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Curavi ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we're always growing — stay tuned for updates.
