Earthing Sandals — For Women
A Beginner's Guide to Grounding
"They're the most comfortable sandals I own, and I love the idea of staying grounded on my morning walk."
Left unchecked
Rubber soles, indoor floors and busy days mean most of us almost never touch the ground directly. Grounding (or 'earthing') is the simple idea of reconnecting with it — and it's hard to do in ordinary shoes.
Standard rubber soles keep you electrically separated from the ground all day.
Between floors, socks and shoes, direct contact with the earth is rare.
Most 'grounding' footwear is ugly, fragile, or both.
Earthing Sandals build a conductive path into a sandal you'll actually want to wear — grounded living, without the compromise.
How it works
The grounding happens through the sole — you just wear them.
Adjust the strap for a secure, comfortable fit.
Grass, soil, sand and concrete conduct best; the conductive sole does the rest.
A daily walk is the easiest way to build grounding into your routine.

Wear it for
A conductive sole turns an everyday walk into time spent connected to the earth.
How Curavi fixes this
The conductive leather sole creates an unbroken electrical pathway between your foot and the ground, allowing your body to absorb negatively-charged electrons from the earth. Research suggests this helps neutralize free radicals and reduce systemic inflammation — turning an ordinary walk into a grounding session.

Questions, answered
Grounding (or earthing) is the practice of making direct conductive contact with the earth's surface — historically humans did this constantly by walking barefoot on soil, grass, or stone. Modern rubber-soled shoes electrically insulate us from the ground 24/7, which some research suggests has metabolic and inflammatory consequences.
The conductive leather sole of the Earthing Sandals creates an unbroken electrical pathway between your foot and the ground, allowing your body to absorb negatively-charged electrons from the earth while you walk. Think of it as a wearable version of going barefoot on the lawn.
No, and we make no such claim. Grounding is a wellness and lifestyle practice, not a regulated medical treatment, and any health effects fall into the "may support general wellbeing" category rather than the "treats specific conditions" category.
If you have a diagnosed medical condition, talk to your doctor before changing routines. Earthing is one input among many — sleep, movement, nutrition, sunlight — and we recommend treating it as such, not as a single fix.
Natural, slightly damp surfaces conduct best — grass with morning dew, soil, sand at the beach, river stones, and lawn after rain are all excellent. Dry concrete and unsealed brick still conduct moderately well (concrete is porous and absorbs ground moisture).
Surfaces that don't conduct: asphalt, painted concrete, sealed tile, wood, vinyl, and most indoor flooring. The sandals still feel great on these — you just won't get the grounding effect on them. If you live in a city, target morning grass walks or any time you can find a green space.
Wipe the upper and footbed clean with a damp cloth after wear, and condition the leather with a natural leather conditioner every few months to keep it supple and prevent cracking. Vegetable-tanned leather develops a personalized patina over time — that's a feature, not damage.
Avoid soaking the sandals; if they get wet from rain or a beach walk, let them dry naturally at room temperature, never near a heater or in direct sun (heat causes the leather to stiffen and crack).
Return them within 30 days for a full refund or size exchange — return shipping is on us within the US. Sandal sizing can be tricky across brands, so we make it genuinely easy to swap sizes.
The only thing we ask: try them on indoors first so the soles stay clean enough for a clean exchange. If you've already worn them outside and they don't fit, we'll still take them back — that's just on us.
